The Role

Sr Software Engineer A collaborative full-stack and cloud engineer who thrives at the intersection of software craftsmanship and cutting-edge science. This role is for someone eager to build and scale complex software products that put Dyno's breakthrough genetic medicine capabilities in the hands of scientists and partners both internally and around the world.

How You Will Contribute

As a Sr Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining Dyno's scientific data platform. You will drive development of the cloud infrastructure that makes it reliable, scalable, and secure. You will implement novel tooling that empowers Dyno's scientists and external partners to work at the frontier of AI-driven genetic medicine.

At Dyno, we believe in transparent and equitable compensation practices.

Base Salary Range: $154,084.36 - 200,309.67

This reflects the typical offer range for this role, based on experience, role scope, and internal equity. Final compensation decisions are made using a consistent leveling framework and consider the candidate's experience, interview performance, and expected impact.
