Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong backend Python development experience and proven expertise in delivering AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building production-grade AI applications, integrating LLMs, and designing scalable backend services. Candidates with combined Full Stack and AI engineering expertise are preferred. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python. • Develop and integrate AI/LLM-based applications for enterprise use cases. • Design and implement RAG, AI Agent, and MCP-based solutions. • Develop APIs and integrate applications with REST APIs and enterprise services. • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support application and AI workloads. • Develop full-stack solutions using Python and React where required. • Integrate AI services into enterprise applications and business workflows. • Build production-grade applications following modern software development and SDLC practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities. • Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement. • Use Git and modern development practices for source control and application development. • Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and AI-related issues. • Support scalable, maintainable, and reliable application architecture. Required Qualifications • Minimum 6 years of IT experience. • 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field. • 4+ years of experience working with database technologies. • 4+ years of experience working on projects involving SDLC-based solution implementation. • Strong backend development experience using Python. • Strong experience with React. • Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. • Experience designing and implementing AI/LLM-based applications. • Hands-on experience with RAG, AI Agents, and MCP (Model Context Protocol). • Experience developing APIs and integrating with REST APIs. • Minimum 2 years of Python development experience. • Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL/NoSQL databases. • Minimum 1 year of AI Agent/AI skills development experience. • Minimum 2 years of React.js experience. • Minimum 2 years of Agile experience. • Familiarity with Git and modern development practices. Preferred Qualifications • Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications. • Experience with PostgreSQL. • Experience with FastAPI framework. • Combined Full Stack and AI engineering experience. • Experience developing and supporting production-grade AI applications.
