Job Summary
We are seeking a strong backend Python developer with proven experience delivering AI-driven solutions. Candidates with combined Full Stack and AI engineering expertise are preferred. The role involves designing scalable backend services, integrating LLMs, and building production-grade AI applications within an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
• Design and implement AI and LLM-based applications for enterprise use cases.
• Develop and integrate RAG solutions, AI agents, and MCP-based capabilities.
• Build and integrate REST APIs to support backend services and AI applications.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and work with enterprise databases.
• Integrate AI services into enterprise applications and business workflows.
• Develop production-ready applications with appropriate scalability, reliability, and security practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Use Git and modern software development practices for source control and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to continuous improvement of AI-enabled solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on backend development experience with Python.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• 4+ years of experience working with database technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/LLM-based applications.
• Experience with RAG, AI Agents, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• 4+ years of experience with SDLC-based project implementation.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Full-stack development experience with React.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with FastAPI.
