What You'll Do- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern technologies such as C#, Java, React, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL
- Build scalable APIs, integrations, and platform services that enhance product functionality and operational efficiency
- Contribute to software architecture, technical design decisions, and enterprise application development
- Collaborate with Product, PMO, Support, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
- Lead code reviews and champion engineering best practices, secure coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and support fellow engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing
- Participate in Agile planning, estimation, and delivery activities to ensure successful product outcomes
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements that improve engineering effectiveness and product capabilities
- Support compliance, security, scalability, and performance requirements within a regulated fintech environment

What You Bring- Strong proficiency in C#, Java, or other modern programming languages and frameworks
- Experience developing scalable enterprise applications, APIs, and integrations
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and modern development methodologies
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and iterative software delivery

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality software solutions in Agile environments
- Proven experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications and APIs
- Experience contributing to architectural decisions and technical design initiatives
- Strong front-end and back-end development experience
- Fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated industry experience preferred
