We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to high-impact projects and technical initiatives. In this role, you will develop software solutions that support data-driven test and evaluation of products used by the Army. Test and Evaluation is integrated throughout every phase of the Army's development lifecycle, and our tools help Army engineers perform these critical tasks more efficiently. All this accelerates the delivery of capability into the hands of the soldiers who need it.

Responsibilities - What you'll do:
  • Play a key role in designing, developing, deploying, and demonstrating feature-rich applications
  • Conduct research and create products that support evaluation technologies used in the Army's high-speed acquisition logistics initiatives
  • Learn emerging technologies and programming tools to keep you and your team as well equipped as possible

Required Qualifications - We need someone who:
  • Has a bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field and a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Actively programs with one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, or Typescript
  • Utilizes web frameworks and toolkits like React, FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy
  • Is a motivated and energetic developer that manages time well and can prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Engages with teammates, both virtually and face-to-face, to plan projects, seek out or provide help on issues, as well as present solutions to clients

Preferred Qualifications - Bonus points if you:
  • Have developed applications that present complex workflows through clear, intuitive, and user-friendly visualizations
  • Have examples of code or applications you've built that we can check out
  • Can demonstrate proficiency with AI-Assisted software development workflows
  • Received one or more Scrum, Microsoft, Google Developer certifications or any other technical certifications
