This well-funded start-up is building an industry disrupting SaaS product using cutting-edge tech in an AI-native, data-driven ecosystem. They're seeking an engineer to join a high-impact team and play a key role in their rapid growth.

Working within a team of 4 you will design and implement scalable backend systems in Laravel and Python, integrate AI-driven data pipelines with LLMs, architect ETL workflows and data models, manage DevOps and infrastructure across Laravel Forge, AWS, Supabase, and Render, and collaborate on the front end with Vue 3.

The Role:

* Lead Backend development with Python / Laravel
* Integrating AI pipelines (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith) / LLMs)
* Design and optimize ETL workflows, data models, and pipeline orchestration.
* DevOps, deployments, and infrastructure on Laravel Forge, AWS, Supabase, and Render.
* Build Vue 3 frontends for high-performance, data-rich interfaces.
* Ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
* Create AI features for analytics and compliance
* Working withing and early stage well funded venture backed start-up
* A highly skilled team of 6! (2 other engineers)

The person

* Strong experience in scalable SaaS solutions
* Strong backend development using Python (Laravel / PHP is a bonus)
* Background in data engineering, pipelines, databases (Supabase) and big data technologies
* DevOps practices (CI/CD, AWS cloud infrastructure, containerization and system monitoring)
* Looking to join an AI native start-up
