- Build cross-platform mobile apps in React Native (primarily iOS, with some Android) and responsive, performant websites
- Move fast through rapid prototyping and iteration, translating ambiguous ideas into testable experiences and refining them based on real user feedback
- Own front-end architecture decisions - component systems, state management, performance, and craft.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities and APIs into products to bring new ideas to life
- Partner closely with the team's engineers and downstream product/engineering teams to package and hand off proven concepts for production scaling
- Set a high bar for visual quality, polish, and usability across everything the team ships
- Make pragmatic build-vs-buy and good-enough-for-now calls appropriate to a POC and demo environment
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on responsible use of AI
You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
