Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. SDE on the Agentic Workspace for Personas team, you will indulge your love of diving deep into complex technical problems while building deep subject matter expertise in enabling Agentic based experiences for personas including builders. You will work with teams of scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business and functional requirements into concrete system deliverables, driving incremental system optimizations and raising the bar for operational excellence and development practices.
You will have the opportunity to build new 0->1 products from the ground up, driving the development of innovative approaches to future WorkSpaces where Agents and humans operate collaboratively. Your work will support unique work patterns, the industry contexts in which end-user personas operate, and how autonomous AI agents and tools introduce entirely new collaborative experiences.
Partner with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q teams, and peer organizations to ensure the WorkSpaces agentic architecture leverages and contributes to shared AWS agentic infrastructure. Lead the design and implementation of the authorization, trust hierarchy, and governance framework that makes autonomous agent action safe in enterprise environments, including audit trails, rollback mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop controls.
We will look to you to help enhance the skills and expertise of those around you, elevating the team as you shape the next generation of Agentic WorkSpaces for Personas.
