We are looking for a Senior Software Developer.

As a Senior Software Developer specializing in OnBase, you will oversee the full software development lifecycle for enterprise content management and decision automation solutions. You will lead a hybrid team across onshore and offshore locations, ensuring high-quality delivery, architectural integrity, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Delivery
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions using OnBase
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.
• Ensure integration with enterprise systems and data sources.

Quality & Standards
• Enforce coding, usability, and quality standards across teams.
• Collaborate with QA to implement automated testing and continuous integration pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on best practices.

Technical Leadership
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers across geographies.
• Manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to define technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Governance, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Act as a liaison between onshore leadership and offshore delivery teams.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-12 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Proven experience with:
• OnBase configuration, workflow, and integration.
• IBM ODM/Rules Engine for business rule management.
• Leading initiatives and managing teams.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and distributed team structures.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and data governance principles
