Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in distributed systems, API design, relational modeling, or database administration.
• Proven ability to architect and deliver significant software projects.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms for building robust systems.
• Skilled at breaking down development tasks into manageable incremental changes.
• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Experience with Python, databases, and cloud infrastructure is required.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and AWS is a plus, as is familiarity with web application development, especially React.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance mission-critical applications and API services.
• Collaborate with product managers to identify and prioritize work items based on business value.
• Develop technical design documents to ensure team alignment.
• Write clean, testable code and maintainable test suites to set standards for others.
• Enhance the skills of fellow developers through review, documentation, and mentorship.
