Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in data engineering and Snowflake technologies
• Proficiency in SnowSQL, Snowpipe, and data warehousing concepts
• Strong background in ETL processes and data integration workflows
• Experience with performance tuning and data governance
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Python for data engineering tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Snowflake developers and data engineers
• Architect and implement scalable Snowflake data warehouse solutions
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Build analytical data models for Contact Center operations
• Drive best practices for development and data security
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
