As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at TeamViewer, you'll be a key player in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Azure-based SaaS platform. You'll work with a forward-thinking team that powers our core products and services, delivering a seamless experience to users worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our platform, drive automation, and work with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies. Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure supporting TeamViewer's global SaaS platform. • Manage, scale, and optimize Kubernetes-based containerized platforms, leveraging GitOps workflows for declarative infrastructure and application management. • Deploy feature and maintenance releases. • Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation systems to guarantee 24/7 service reliability. • Continuously improve infrastructure through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code. • Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure rapid resolution of operational issues. • Proactively identify and mitigate reliability risks, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
