Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual obligations.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with large-scale cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Strong operational experience with AWS.
• Knowledge of production operations, monitoring, and incident response.,

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Site Reliability Engineering practices in enterprise environments.
• Define and manage service level indicators (SLIs), service level objectives (SLOs), and error budgets.
• Drive the automation of operational processes and incident response workflows.
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and perform post-incident reviews.
• Design and implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing solutions.
