SENIOR SITE ESTIMATOR/ PROJECT MANAGER

Summary

Provide Estimating and Management within Hall's Paving Division.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from the bid phase to the completion.
• Prepare and review estimates for site projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain a high level of organization in order to meet critical deadlines.
• Meet and assist in developing customer relationship.
• Primary liaison between Hall Contracting and the project owner's representatives.
• Able to work both independently and with parts of the estimating/project management team.
• Promote a safe work site for each project.
• Update weekly/monthly project schedules.
• Abide by Company Safety Program and Polices in performing duties safely.
• Communicate, update and report to the Division Manager.

Experience/Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in civil construction. Effectively managing the entire bid process from bid to billing

Education

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit for extended periods at a time, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch daily. The employee must be able to walk and/or stand on their feet throughout the entire day.
