Full Job Description
ACLC is seeking a Senior SharePoint Architect to design, configure, develop, assess, and sustain enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions that operationalize NGB Knowledge Management requirements across NIPR/SIPR environments and geographically dispersed organizations.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design, build, configure, and sustain enterprise SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with KM governance, information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, content types, and lifecycle standards.
  • Translate KM requirements-knowledge-flow needs, taxonomy constraints, metadata models, governance rules, repository structures, and lifecycle standards-into practical technical solutions.
  • Configure SharePoint sites, site collections, lists, libraries, content structures, permissions, access controls, templates, and related KM-scoped components.
  • Develop Power Apps that support structured data capture, workflows, task management, knowledge-sharing processes, and decision-support activities.
  • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for approvals, content lifecycle actions, governance tasks, notifications, issue tracking, and other approved KM processes.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other visualizations that present repository health, lifecycle adherence, content activity, training throughput, Communities of Practice engagement, governance performance, issue trends, usage, and adoption.
  • Perform KM-scoped administration and assessments within Army NIPR/SIPR 365 environments, including permission and access management, site configuration, content organization, list/library configuration, and compliance checks.
  • Monitor KM automations, workflows, and Microsoft 365 solutions; track failures, errors, delays, bottlenecks, and process misalignments; recommend and implement approved optimizations.
  • Generate usage, content, workflow-performance, repository-health, metadata-compliance, adoption, and engagement reports for MSR, QSR, and ASR reporting.
  • Develop the KM automation tool and related prototype/production capability incorporating KPIs, projects, planning phases, applications, POAMs, metrics, heat maps, and reusable Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI components.
  • Assess emerging technologies, recommend pilot initiatives, define required platform structures, and plan integration efforts across NG 365 environments and KM-relevant tools.
  • Document, version-control, publish, and maintain all solutions, configuration standards, technical guidance, governance artifacts, and reusable components in the appropriate KM repository.
  • Develop and update SharePoint 365 governance policies, procedures, naming conventions, configuration standards, and lifecycle controls; coordinate approved updates through KMOWG and KMRWG governance bodies.
  • Coordinate with RM personnel to apply appropriate metadata, naming conventions, content structures, and permissions where SharePoint KM structures intersect records-management requirements. RM execution remains with the Government RM office.
  • Deliver recurring KM tools training, including at least one two-hour session per month covering SharePoint administration fundamentals, metadata/taxonomy, lifecycle practices, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, dashboards, reports, and KM repositories.
  • Provide technical assistance during governance meetings, workshops, knowledge-sharing events, training sessions, and leadership briefings as required.

Qualifications
  • At least five years of demonstrated experience designing, building, and sustaining enterprise-level solutions within the SharePoint 365 environment.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online architecture; Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI; enterprise site structures; metadata and taxonomy standards; content types; governance documentation; workflow automation; solution prototyping; testing; and development.
  • Experience with secure configuration and solution support across NIPR/SIPR environments, consistent with applicable Government policies and cybersecurity constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate KM governance, information architecture, knowledge-flow, taxonomy, metadata, and lifecycle requirements into technical SharePoint and workflow solutions.
  • Experience developing scalable, reusable solutions suitable for enterprise-wide adoption across geographically dispersed organizations.
  • Foundational understanding of Knowledge Management principles, including taxonomy application, content lifecycle management, information governance, knowledge assurance, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Secret security clearance and ability to satisfy applicable installation, CAC, background-investigation, information-system, IA/IT-certification, and training requirements when assigned duties require them.
