Responsibilities- Lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of MNP's ServiceNow platform
- Design, develop, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and workflows
- Drive platform enhancements and modernization initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage new ServiceNow capabilities, automation, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with the business to prototype and pilot innovative solutions that drive digital transformation
- Lead complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs and integration technologies
- Provide expertise in ServiceNow best practices, governance, and platform architecture
- Support and enhance CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and configuration management practices
- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment to production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and workflows, ensuring platform capabilities align with IT service management and operational excellence objectives
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, admins, and implementation teams
- Conduct design reviews, code audits, and platform health assessments
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and governance requirements by implementing appropriate controls, access management practices, and supporting audit activities
- Stay current on ServiceNow roadmap developments, industry trends, and leading practices, bringing forward recommendations that support MNP's ongoing digital transformation initiatives
Skills and Experience- 5+ years experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and module deployment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Adaptability and resilience in managing multiple priorities and navigating complex environments
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- The following certifications are considered an asset:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
