Description Evolvics, powered by Syneos Health, is seeking a Search Engine Optimization senior planner. The role within the performance media team will be responsible for comprehensive improvements for organic visibility for our clients. This position plays an important role in ensuring client websites are set up efficiently for media amplification. Passion for great performance is a must - the ideal candidate will proactively assist the team on a variety of tasks for existing clients, while helping to craft new setup initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to: Title tag, Meta Description and alt text analysis and recommendations, competitive website insights, backlink audits, url redirect matrices, and health checks. Technical skills would also include experience in XML sitemap review, robots file creation, and schema markup
- Conduct regular check-ins with the Search Supervisor to report on deliverables & performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Partner with other media planning, media buying, and analytics departments to provide sound, research-based SEO strategies, plans and implementation approaches that drive tangible client business impact.
- Leverage data-driven approach to analyze performance and derive insights and strategic recommendations to improve KPIs and results.
- Listen and stay engaged with relevant healthcare discussions about our clients, competitors, and/or industry
- Nurture key relationships with platform reps to increase opportunities and remain up to date on pharmaceutical and healthcare branded and unbranded content regulations and restrictions
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years' experience in SEO baseline functions to support client goals and KPIs
- Strong in-platform experience across major SEO platforms including (but not limited to): Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SEMRush
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects with quick turnaround times
- Strong time management skills required
- Works well independently and collaborates with other teams
- Experience in pharma or healthcare is not required, but preferred
