**What you'll be doing:**
- Crafting, developing, and implementing advanced security software solutions for Tegra SOC that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
- Collaborating with customers, partners, and cross-functional hardware, architecture and software teams to integrate flawless security features into NVIDIA's innovative products.
- Conducting detailed security assessments and code reviews to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
- Take an active role in the new silicon lifecycle, from pre-silicon simulation/emulation, test validation to power-on bring up phases. Specify and implement test cases while actively seeking improvements to test automation and software quality.
- Leading efforts to ensure compliance with industry security standards and regulations.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, encouraging a culture of excellence and ambition.
- Making contribution to the development of NVIDIA's security strategy and roadmap, helping to determine the strategic direction of our security initiatives.
**What we need to see:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security software engineering.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing security solutions in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and processes, cryptography, CPU and system architecture and secure coding practices.
- Experience with AI tooling and workflow, and security assessment tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
**Ways to stand out from the crowd:**
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with GPU and SOC technology, advanced architecture design topics such as Security Enclave, Secure Boot, Root of Trust, Runtime Security services, Confidential Compute, Cryptography and more.
- Demonstrated ability to lead security initiatives and mentor other engineers.
- Published research or contributions to the security community.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
