Amazon Leo Enterprise Engineering Technology (ALEET) is seeking a Senior SAP Technical Program Manager ) to own and operate ERP systems critical to Amazon Leo's business operations. You will drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA business processes spanning finance, procurement, project systems, and asset management while leading integration with Amazon Corporate systems at scale. This role requires defining product requirements, leading proof-of-concept efforts, and driving solutions through full delivery cycles including system integration testing, UAT, and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP expertise, operates with high autonomy, and has a demonstrated track record of delivering complex, large-scale ERP programs in fast-paced environments with significant ambiguity. You will be expected to influence without authority, drive consensus across cross-functional teams, and escalate effectively to ensure delivery meets business-critical timelines. Key job responsibilities Own SAP end to end business processes and drive implementation including integration with Amazon Corporate systems. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - 4+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership The base salary range for this position is listed below.
