As a
Technical Project Manager (TPRM) you will play a key role in leading and managing the technical development lifecycle of our SAP projects. This role requires relevant technical knowledge, project leadership skills, presentation and communication competencies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global delivery teams.
Applicants can be located in any U.S. city and must be willing to travel up to 100% based on client and project needs.Roles & Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, monitor, and lead the development lifecycle/workstream of SAP projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on SAP system implementations, enhancements, conversions, and upgrades
- Oversee quality of deliverables (including design, code, and development reviews)
- Manage resource allocation, capacity utilization and delivery of development teams
- Manage work efforts of team members (onsite, remote, and offshore) and provide mentorship and guidance to encourage success and growth. Create an environment of continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to assist in the development of the technical framework to deliver the future state
Requirements & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of proven experience proven experience as a Technical lead or experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, modules, and architecture, such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Cloud Platform, etc.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and cloud/web technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Haves:- Experience with SAP system configuration, customization, and integration
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA Implementation
- Demonstrated efforts to stay current on the SAP platform and evolving technology
- Experience working with cross-functional and global delivery teams
The annual base compensation range for this role will be $126,696 - $191,271. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate's skill set, certifications, and experience.
