Full Time Job OpportinityGeneral descriptionBanco Popular de Puerto Rico has one position available in San Juan, Puerto Rico, for a Senior SAP Business Analyst.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Senior SAP Business Analyst is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules across Employee Central Core, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, and People Analytics. The role requires the application of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, primarily through SAP SuccessFactors suite, strategic project leadership, and customer engagement to deliver scalable HR technology solutions across multiple geographies.
The main duties of this position are:
- Act as solutions expert for SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring alignment with business strategy and HR transformation goals.
- Lead and execute full lifecycle implementations for upgrades (H1 & H2) of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, and People Analytics.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, design tailored solutions and deliver effective system configurations.
- Oversee rollouts and upgrade integrations; create design documents, test solutions, create cutover plans, monitor performance and other tasks related to a business analysis for SAP HCM's SuccessFactors solutions.
- Provide strategic proactivity by anticipating HR technology trends and aligning system capabilities to organizational objectives.
- Develop custom reports and analytics to support HR decision making, using advanced skills in SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Deliver high-quality customer engagement and personalized service to ensure adoption and satisfaction of implemented solutions.
- Serve askey player, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
- Provide expert-level support and mentorship to internal teams, fostering knowledge transfer and system sustainability.
EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Management or Human Resources Management, or foreign equivalent.
CertificationsCandidates must have all of the following certifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
ExperienceAt least 24 months of experience in designing and managing HR technical solutions, configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including Onboarding, Learning Management, Compensation Management and Recruiting.

Base Salary & BenefitsOur base salary for this position located in San Juan, PR generally is $96,792.00 depending on business need and on your qualifications and experience. Base salary does not include incentive compensation, commission, or any other type of remuneration or benefits.In addition to salary, Popular's well-rounded benefits package for regular full-time and part-time employees includes a comprehensive health plan, flexible time off options, and savings and investment plans. Seasonal/temporary employees are not eligible for these benefits.
