Role Overview:Seeking a Senior SAP BASIS Lead with extensive hands-on experience in S/4HANA, HANA, and SAP BTP. The role involves system upgrades, migrations, and working within cloud environments such as Azure/AWS. The ideal candidate will have proven lead-level experience in managing teams, driving end-to-end SAP landscape architecture, and handling RISE/S/4 transformations in complex enterprise settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage SAP Basis teams, driving SAP landscape architecture.
- Perform technical planning, installations, and configurations for SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI, SLT, SOLMAN, and SAP Router.
- Execute system upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and Unicode conversions for SAP NetWeaver platform.
- Configure SSO and install SSL certificates.
- Utilize BRTOOLS for space management and perform S/4HANA implementation and conversion.
- Apply Support Packages, Kernel patch upgrades, and manage TMS configuration and Transport administration.
- Maintain operation modes, profile parameters, and background job management.
- Oversee SAP Backup and Recovery, and manage HANA High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
- Conduct SAP system migration using DMO tool and perform system upgrades.
- Develop strong SQL scripting knowledge, create Stored Procedures, and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Work with SLT and SAP Data Services.
- Perform SAP Sizing using the SAP Quick sizer and manage SAP data Archiving.
- Integrate SAP HANA into various remote systems and manage remote access options.
- Manage hardware, operating systems (LINUX), and networking connectivity for the SAP environment.
- Possess deep knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrade, performance tuning, and system integration.
- Elaborate SAP release plans and perform system refresh tasks and Client copies.
- Conduct performance optimization and tuning using SQL traces for Impact Analysis.
- Configure and analyze Early Watch reports and manage Transport.
- Automate SAP basis tasks through scripting and development.
- Handle Incident Management, troubleshooting OS level issues, and provide Root Cause Analysis.
- Write Operational procedures and create Adobe standard documentation.
- Provide on-call support during weekdays and weekends as per schedule.
Required Skills:- 7+ years of experience as an SAP Basis HANA Administrator.
- Strong hands-on experience with S/4HANA, HANA, and SAP BTP.
- Expertise in SAP Basis tasks, including installations, configurations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Proficiency in cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
- Experience with SAP NetWeaver platform, FIORI, SLT, SOLMAN, SAP Router, BRTOOLS.
- Knowledge of TMS, Transport administration, and background job management.
- Experience with SAP Backup and Recovery, HANA HA/DR.
- Strong SQL scripting, SLT, and SAP Data Services skills.
- Familiarity with SAP Sizing, data Archiving, and HANA integration.
- Experience with LINUX operating systems.
- Incident Management and troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience as an SAP Basis HANA Administrator administering SAP HANA and S/4 HANA landscapes.
Preferred Skills:- Prior experience at Adobe is highly preferred.
- Certification in SAP S/4 HANA and OS/DB Migration will be a plus.
