About the RoleLitify is looking for a
Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Engineering team.
As an Engineer, your main focus will be to work within the Salesforce eco-systems, where you will write clean and scalable code. You will also assist with the design, analysis, development, implementation, and deployment of new data-driven applications. The ideal candidate has the ability to function in an agile software development lifecycle and will thrive in a hands-on, focused, productive and team-oriented environment.
In this role, you will:- Focus on developing in the Salesforce ecosystem and write scalable and maintainable frontend Javascript and backend Apex
- Work closely with Product Managers for scoping and roadmap discussions
- Mentor junior developers
- Design complex solutions based on product requirements
- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge bases
To be successful in this role, you have (required):- 7+ years of experience with full stack development
- A drive to continue to improve your skill set and take on more challenging projects
- 3+ years experience working in a Salesforce environment using LWC, Apex, General Security Practices
- A willingness to help educate and grow teammates
- An ability to effectively communicate with peers in Engineering and Product
- Experience working with engineering AI tooling such as Github co-pilot, cursor or claude code
Nice-to-have:- Node.js experience
- Serverless architecture on AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3)
- Salesforce certifications
- Containerized applications
- CI/CD experience
Disclosure:The estimated base salary pay range for this role is $140,000-160,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
