Job Description- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce CRM programs.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, and solution workshops.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Automotive Cloud capabilities.
- Experience in preparing User Stories, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements for development teams.
- Experience supporting UAT, defect triage, and release activities.
- Strong knowledge of Case Management, Customer Service, and Automotive business processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Ability to coordinate with business users, developers, testers, and project managers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce BA certification or relevant Salesforce functional certifications preferred.
- This is a 100% Onsite role in Alpharetta, GA

Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
