In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional sales, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborate cross-functionally, and help shape the future of our solutions and market approach.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Growth & Win New Business
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value sales opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets
- Conduct advanced, consultative sales presentations
- Analyze market trends and uncover new opportunities
Strengthen Client Relationships
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and support
- Upsell and cross-sell solutions aligned to client needs
- Resolve client challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Be a Product & Industry Expert
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and innovations
- Educate clients on products, services, and new offerings
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and trade shows
- Provide insights to influence product development and strategy
Lead & Collaborate
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions
- Mentor and support junior sales team members
- Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture
Own the Details
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Track performance metrics, expenses, and budgets
- Support invoicing, reporting, and sales operations as needed
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of progressive sales experience, ideally in the water industry or a technical B2B environment
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The estimated salary range for this position is $100k to $130k base plus commission. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
