ADP is hiring a Senior Sales Representative, Core Major Accounts (Hunter)

As a Senior Sales Representative, Core Major Accounts (Hunter), you'll be responsible for driving net-new business by identifying, engaging, and closing strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) opportunities within organizations of 50-150 employees. This is a true hunter role focused on new logo acquisition, full-cycle sales ownership, and consultative selling at the executive level.

What You'll Do
  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close
  • Consistently attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals
  • Develop and execute an annual territory and business plan aligned to growth targets
  • Build and maintain strategic account plans outlining prospect needs, opportunities, and competitive strategy
  • Generate a strong, sustainable pipeline through proactive prospecting and market penetration
  • Sell ADP's full portfolio of 40+ HCM products and services to C-suite and senior decision-makers
  • Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to forecast accurately and manage performance
  • Identify competitive threats and position ADP's differentiated value to increase market share
  • Partner effectively with internal teams to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
