Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Concrete Sales Representative to lead sales efforts in a designated territory. This role focuses on high-value clients, strategic account growth, and mentoring junior sales staff. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the concrete or construction materials industry and a proven track record in B2B sales, relationship management, and territory development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer presentations for complex projects.
  • Work closely with operations, dispatch, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure successful delivery and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients regarding mix designs, specs, site logistics, and best practices.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Mentor and support junior sales representatives, assisting with deal structuring and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and territory planning.
