WHAT YOU'LL DO...- Help Everpure continue to ramp and scale it's subscriptions services, including our innovative Evergreen//One and Evergreen//Forever offerings
- You will report to the Director of Subscription Sales Operations and will provide support on key subscription and consumption related strategic initiatives
- Manage the Evergreen//One sales L1 quoting process and workflow, quoter enablement and L2 escalation process.
- Own and improve sales forecast processes across the Evergreen//One and Renewals businesses.
- Manage pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and supporting business metrics.
- Build and maintain reporting, planning, and operational models that help sales leadership run the business.
- Develop and execute subscription sales initiatives that build quality pipeline.
- Manage and evolve Subscription renewal processes and leverage automation to improve Sales velocity
- Manage and optimize subscription-related processes to simplify our sales models
- Partner with Engineering and IT to identify and execute automation opportunities
- Document and translate complex business requirements into streamlined process designs and system specifications
- Develop and manage process and tool enhancement roadmaps
- Enable and implement process and automation enhancements with the Sales organization and key stakeholders
- Utilize reporting and analytics to deliver data driven insights on performance by identifying patterns and opportunity areas
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role
- MBA preferred, but not required.
- Strong understanding of sales functions, workflows, and processes
- Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constantly evolving business
- Demonstrated experience and history of driving complex projects from start to finish
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners
- A sense of ownership, persistence, creativity, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
