Full Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth by selling our innovative SafeSend and SurePrep solutions to accounting firms. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation to closing deals, focusing on delivering significant value to our clients.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas for SafeSend and SurePrep products.

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.

  • Conduct thorough customer needs assessments to understand client challenges and pain points related to business processes and tax preparation.

  • Articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of SafeSend and SurePrep solutions through compelling professional presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Leverage consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process, addressing objections and building strong rapport.

  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounting firms.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to support sales efforts and enhance brand awareness.

  • Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and West Publishing Corporation.

  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in web-based technology relevant to our product offerings.

  • Utilize sales technology and CRM systems effectively to manage pipelines, track progress, and report on sales activities.

  • Actively participate in partnership development initiatives to expand market reach and collaboration opportunities.

About You

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $189,000 USD - $351,000 USD. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. Target total cash compensation ranges are inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
