What you'll own- Drive new business growth by leading the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to closing high-impact deals within the Youth & Education sector.
- Shape the future of your territory by building and managing a robust, balanced pipeline of self-generated, inbound, and team-supported opportunities.
- Influence school administrators and organizational leaders by serving as a trusted advisor who uncovers pain points and quantifies the long-term value of our solutions.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments to ensure our technology aligns perfectly with the operational goals of private schools and districts.
- Own your sales performance by maintaining accurate forecasting and applying stage discipline to ensure consistent, reliable revenue outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to leverage internal expertise and deliver a cohesive, world-class experience for every prospect.
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets by applying a strategic, data-driven approach to every conversation and contract negotiation.
What you'll bring- Five or more years of success in B2B sales, specifically within SaaS or complex consultative environments.
- A proven track record of managing end-to-end sales processes and navigating multi-level decision-making groups.
- Demonstrated ability to generate your own pipeline while simultaneously converting inbound leads into long-term partnerships.
- Exceptional discovery and presentation skills, with an ability to communicate complex concepts in plain, accessible language.
- A disciplined, performance-driven mindset and experience maintaining high standards of data accuracy within CRM platforms like Salesforce.
