Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Applied Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S), including managerial experience.
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid.
• Preferred training in OSHA 10hr, 30hr, and 40hr.
• Preferred certifications such as OSHA 500, CHST, or ASP.

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct safety audits and inspections across multiple states for compliance.
• Develop and implement employee safety training programs and maintain accurate records.
• Create reports and presentations for safety briefings with management.
• Provide strategic direction to enhance the company's Environmental, Health, and Safety performance.
• Ensure compliance with the company safety manual among all employees and subcontractors.
• Oversee programs that ensure adherence to applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Guide processes related to safety regulations, accident investigations, and compliance initiatives.
