Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Safety professional in construction, including training experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health or Environmental Applied Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• CHST or ASP certification preferred.
• Required CPR and First Aid certifications.
• OSHA 10hr, 30hr, and 40hr training required; OSHA 500 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour and inspect job sites for compliance with safety regulations.
• Document safety inspections and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation such as accident reports and training logs.
• Provide emergency response to employees as needed.
• Prepare accident investigation documentation and submit data to regulatory agencies.
• Assist in developing training materials and coordinating employee training.
• Train less-experienced safety personnel as needed.
