Qualifications

  • Knowledge of AASHTO, VDOT, and local design standards and practices

Responsibilities

Full Job Description
Senior Roadway Engineer or Roadway Engineering Project Manager to join our growing Virginia transportation team. This is a hybrid position based in Hampton Roads (Virginia Beach or Newport News) or Glen Allen, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile VDOT and municipal roadway projects while helping shape the future of our roadway design practice.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you'll lead and contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of roadway infrastructure projects throughout Virginia. You'll have the opportunity to:
  • Design and manage VDOT and municipal roadway projects from concept through construction

Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary.
