We are seeking a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Waltham, MA.

Job Summary

The Senior Revenue Marketing Manager shapes and delivers the North America strategy for measurable pipeline growth and revenue. This role leads data-driven, AI-enabled programs that accelerate customer acquisition, expansion, and sales velocity while translating business priorities and customer insights into a predictable, scalable revenue marketing engine. As a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Channel teams, the role uses analytics, experimentation, and marketing technology to optimize performance, influencing senior stakeholders, and maximize marketing impact across the buyer journey.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set the North America revenue marketing execution strategy in partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing leadership.
  • Own marketing's contribution to pipeline generation by directing integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs that drive qualified demand, accelerate opportunities, and influence revenue across digital, field, partner, email, webinars, paid media, content syndication, and events.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to align marketing strategy, target accounts, sales priorities, and go-to-market initiatives with pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to executive and cross-functional stakeholders, using pipeline insights, forecasts, and performance trends to guide business decisions.
  • Lead strategic planning and quarterly business reviews, communicating program performance, pipeline health, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Guide cross-functional teams and external partners in developing and executing campaigns that support business priorities, pipeline goals, and revenue growth.
  • Leverage customer, intent, engagement, CRM, and third-party data, along with AI-powered marketing technologies, to identify opportunities and improve targeting, personalization, campaign orchestration, content development, predictive insights, and automation.
  • Analyze campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, improve marketing efficiency, and maximize attribution and ROI.
  • Develop business cases and investment recommendations using performance analytics, attribution data, and expected revenue impact; manage budgets to optimize spend and pipeline contribution.
  • Lead partner and co-marketing initiatives that expand market reach, strengthen strategic relationships, and deliver measurable pipeline and revenue results.
  • Provide mentorship and thought leadership to revenue marketing teammates and cross-functional partners, raising standards for planning, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish a test-and-learn culture by applying experimentation, AI, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to improve campaign effectiveness, scalability, and business outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or a similar B2B marketing role, including significant experience owning strategy and delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Proven track record of setting the strategy, building, and optimizing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that deliver measurable business results at scale.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using insights and performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and revenue marketing platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, DemandBase or similar technologies.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve marketing execution, personalization, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, attribution, campaign ROI, and marketing-influenced revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and executive leadership to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Excellent executive communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead through influence, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing meaningful marketing budgets, making data-driven investment decisions, and communicating performance, forecasts, and tradeoffs to senior leadership.

This position offers a total compensation range of $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
