As a Senior Retail Pharmacist, you will accurately dispense of prescribed medication to patients. You will work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
You will ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, accurate tracking techniques, and a review process before shipping medications to patients. You will operate in a high-volume environment, supporting the accurate delivery of medications to a primarily elderly customer population. You will begin to influence the department's strategy and contribute to process improvements that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency. You will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components and perform work with minimal direction. Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments while maintaining a focus on quality, accuracy, and service excellence for our members.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Pharm D
- 5 or more years of pharmacy experience (preferably retail)
- Must have an active Pharmacist license with the Board of Pharmacy in Florida

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
