Full Job Description
The Sr. Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the nursing clinical leader for the community, overseeing health, wellness and coordination of care to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality services. This role leads all Care programs, ensures regulatory compliance and drives clinical excellence through strong team leadership and operational oversight.

What You'll Do:
• Provide strategic leadership for resident care and manage the nursing team in accordance with state/provincial regulations
• Perform and oversee resident assessments, ISPs and clinical documentation
• Partner with physicians, pharmacists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Lead medication management, training and performance oversight of care staff
• Track, trend and report clinical quality data; lead QAPI and risk mitigation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and OSHA regulations
• Manage department budget, labor and staffing schedules
• Recruit, onboard, coach and evaluate clinical team members
• Support infection control and serve as ICC/CLIA Director as applicable
