Our public health group is growing and we're currently seeking a
Senior Research Scientist to work in our Public Health Solutions Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:Perform routine data management tasks (data cleaning, data processing, merging data files).
Perform data validations/quality assurance, potentially including conversations with survey respondents to ensure data are correct.
Perform complex and advanced statistical analyses. Prepare reports, manuscripts, briefing materials, etc.
Contribute to the development of:
- Data management and data analyses plans;
- Procedures for data collection (including recommendations among different sampling plans, data sources, and cost/time investments);
- Written or visual reports (dashboards, infographics);
- Proposal or grant submissions, including but not limited to technical writing.
Required Qualifications:- Master's in a relevant field (e.g., public health, psychology, statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology).
- Minimum of five years of experience involving management and analysis of quantitative data.
Additional Qualifications:- Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute technical approaches to data management or analyses processes.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, particularly in SAS and R.
Preferred Experience:- Professional or educational experience in behavioral health (mental health or substance use treatment or prevention).
- Experience developing dashboards or infographics in Tableau or similar tools.
- Experience with program evaluation.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$74,090.00 - $125,954.00
