Role:The Temporary Senior Research Associate will lead the execution of in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo studies to assess the efficacy of engineered protein therapeutics across various Immuno-Oncology and Autoimmune disease models. The primary focus will be on performing multi-color flow cytometry for immune profiling and signaling analysis, as well as conducting RT-PCR for mRNA transcriptome analysis on diverse samples from vivo models or primary cells. Additional responsibilities include supporting vivo studies to evaluate disease models and assessing the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of biotherapeutics.
Responsibilities: - Perform multi-color flow cytometry for immune profiling and signaling analysis on samples from vivo models or primary cells.
- Contribute to various in vitro assays, including MSD, ELISAs, cell-based biological assays, and immune cell bioassays.
- Support the execution of pharmacology studies, including immune cell bioassays, PK/PD assays, and disease models for Immuno-Oncology and Autoimmune diseases.
- Design and conduct experiments independently, analyze data, and present findings in group meetings.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of protocols, data, and results.
Qualifications and Skills: - M.S/B.S./B.A. with 2-6+ years of industry experience in the field of immuno-oncology, immunology, or autoimmune diseases.
- Extensive experience in multi-color flow cytometry for immune profiling and immunology bioassays is essential.
- Technical experience in execution of ELISAs, and MSD as well as cell culture including the culture of immune cells and tumor cells is desired
- Experience with animal handling and basic in vivo procedures of dosing, such as injections with various routes (s.c., i.p., i.v.), bleeding (tail bleed, cheek bleed, Retro Orbital), tumor measurement and collection of various organs for necroscopy for toxicology studies is a plus but not required.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Tentarix, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the hourly rate is $50 - $65 hourly.
