Full Job Description
A career as a Senior Rental Advisor in the real Estate Business Strategy team at National Bank means acting as an expert advisor to stakeholders and executives in the sector. by supporting them in carrying out their activities with high-level expertise. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation thanks to your skills in negotiating commercial leases and offices, as well as in real estate financial analysis.

Your job

  • Understand business issues, identify the needs of stakeholders and propose strategies adapted to different types of files.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and terms with various lessors and coordinate the execution of agreements in collaboration with legal advisors.
  • Plan, organise and carry out all activities related to renting, buying or selling properties based on the mandates given.
  • Work closely with a strategic transaction partner to ensure targeted activities are carried out.
  • Interact with managers and internal sectors to offer expertise in complex real estate files.
  • Intervene with lessors or tenants, as needed, to ensure compliance with the obligations arising from the lease agreements.


Your team
The Vice-President - real Estate Business Strategy is a number of specialists who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.

Within the sector, you are part of a team made up of four rental advisors, two planning advisors, one market development advisor and one senior advisor, all under the responsibility of the Senior Manager. The team is responsible for developing the real estate strategy, planning projects and managing the transaction component.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and six years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience OR university certificate.

  • Ability to simultaneously manage several varied real estate files.
