Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Reliability Engineering, or related field.
• Deep understanding of reliability principles concerning electro-mechanical systems and their failure mechanisms.
• Experience in defining execution reliability test strategies (HALT, HASS, ALT) for actionable product insights.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and structured methodologies for root cause identification.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams in fast development environments.
• Experience collaborating with global suppliers to enhance product reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead reliability strategies across New Product Introduction and in-market monitoring.
• Define reliability requirements and validation strategies to ensure predictable product launches.
