About the role

As our Senior Reliability Engineer, you'll be the guardian of operational uptime and product dependability. Your expertise will help us prevent costly downtime, extend equipment life, and ensure our manufacturing lines run at peak performance. You'll be the bridge between engineering, maintenance, and production-turning data into actionable insights, and insights into measurable improvements that keep our customers satisfied and our operations thriving.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for recurring equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs using tools like vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
  • Analyze production loss data to identify high-cost, high-impact reliability risks and prioritize improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with design and process engineering teams to ensure reliability is built into new equipment and processes from day one.
  • Manage and interpret reliability metrics such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) to guide decision-making.
  • Opportunity to manage a small team focused on execution of reliability tasks.

The experience we're looking for

Salary Range

USD $95,000.00 - $143,000.00

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
