• Lead regulatory change implementation efforts end to end, including stakeholder communication, impact assessments, and readiness activities.
• Maintain regulatory reporting policies, governance standards, and interpretive guidance to ensure consistent application across the enterprise.
• Strengthen the regulatory reporting control environment through partnership with Risk, Compliance, and Audit, including support for examinations and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate across Finance, Risk, Technology, Operations, and business teams to enhance reporting accuracy, governance, and operational effectiveness.
• What You'll Bring
• Deep knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., FR Y-9C, FR Y-14, Call Report) and the related accounting considerations.
• A strong grasp of banking products, capital, and liquidity concepts.
• The ability to translate complex, technical topics into clear guidance for a range of audiences-from working teams to senior leadership.
