Senior Regulatory Project Manager - Animal Health

Lead complex regulatory programs that support innovation in animal health.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Senior Regulatory Project Manager - Animal Health to provide operational leadership and project management support across U.S. regulatory programs. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, driving execution, and serving as a trusted point of contact between internal teams and clients.

The initial focus of this position will be support for the BI Vet workstream, with the opportunity to expand into additional large-scale U.S. regulatory programs as the business continues to grow.

About the Role:

The Senior Regulatory Project Manager supports U.S. Animal Health regulatory programs through project leadership, operational coordination, and regulatory execution. In this role, you will partner with internal regulatory teams and client stakeholders to coordinate regulatory activities, monitor project delivery, facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, and help ensure timely execution of key regulatory operations.

While this position will initially support Animal Health regulatory programs, including Boehringer Ingelheim, it is designed to grow with the business and may support multiple U.S. regulatory initiatives and client engagements over time.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate U.S. regulatory project activities across multiple client programs
  • Support project planning, timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and facilitate timely issue resolution
  • Coordinate training, onboarding, access requests, and operational readiness activities
  • Facilitate communication between U.S. and global regulatory teams
  • Support labeling, regulatory operations, product stewardship, and lifecycle management activities
  • Maintain project trackers, action logs, meeting minutes, and status reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project execution
  • Support business development and proposal activities as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across:
    • Regulatory Affairs
    • Quality
    • Pharmacovigilance
    • Manufacturing
    • Commercial teams

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in science, business, project management, or a related discipline
  • Experience managing regulatory affairs or regulatory operations projects
  • Experience within Animal Health, biologics, pharmaceuticals, or medical products preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across several client programs
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep complex projects moving forward
  • Confidence working across functions and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

This role offers the chance to make a visible impact in a growing regulatory consulting environment. You will help drive important animal health regulatory programs, build strong client partnerships, and contribute to operational excellence across expanding U.S. regulatory initiatives. For professionals who enjoy combining project leadership with regulatory execution, this is a compelling opportunity to grow your scope and influence.

Ideal Candidate:

You are a dependable and solutions-oriented project manager who thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments. You know how to bring structure to complex initiatives, keep teams aligned, and move work forward with urgency and precision. You are equally comfortable managing details, communicating with stakeholders, and anticipating what is needed for successful delivery.
