Your role
A Client Associate services clients and provides operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. This role requires the employee to be fully registered. Must have at least 5 years of industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities
• Input client information into the financial planning tools and Firm tools
• Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• Ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service requests
Key Deliverables:
• Leverage communication channels to enhance relationships with clients
• Maintain management systems with up to date client information
• Organize logistics for team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• Provide team with calendar detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities
• Identify service opportunities for clients

You'll be working with a dynamic, growing team in Westlake Village benefiting our clients by offering all the firm has to offer. As a senior registered client associate, you'll play an important role within the team leading client service focus.
Your expertise
• series 7 and 66 licenses
• ideally 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor's or master`s degree or equivalent, focusing on day to day client service
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - Westlake Village / T min USD 85000 - max USD 120000 /annum
