Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Senior Regional Safety & Heath Coordinator to provide group level and location management guidance and support for assigned locations regarding the effective administration of safety and health programs. Support management efforts for assigned group/locations to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses; reduce vehicle accidents, and comply with OSHA standards.
- Provide management at assigned group/locations with guidance regarding the effective administration of safety and health programs.
- Support group/location management efforts to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses; reduce vehicle accidents, and comply with OSHA standards
- Establish and maintain an effective communication system to ensure relevant safety and health information is provided to group executive, location management teams and partners on a timely basis.
Skills/QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor Degree with 10 years full time safety experience and CSP/CIH certification; Master's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards.
- Ability to recognize compliance and risk issues and situations.
- Knowledge of safety and health management systems and practices.
- Ability to recommend, develop, and implement compliance strategies and plans
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel 60% of time.
