Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of full-time safety experience with CSP/CIH certification; Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards.
• Proficient in identifying compliance and risk issues.
• Strong understanding of safety and health management systems.
• Capability to recommend, develop, and implement compliance strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Guide management on effective administration of safety and health programs.
• Support preventive efforts for work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Assist in reducing vehicle accidents and ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Establish effective communication systems for safety and health information.
• Facilitate timely distribution of safety updates to management teams.
