The role...

The Senior Recruiter serves as the recruiting partner for professional and salary roles across all U.S. locations. This role owns complex, technical, leadership, niche, and business-critical professional searches while providing site-level workforce planning support, hiring-manager consultation, recruiting prioritization, agency oversight, and day-to-day functional guidance to site Talent Acquisition team members.

How you'll make an impact...

Complex Professional Recruiting: Own complex professional, engineering, technical, quality, leadership, and other business-critical searches. Lead search strategy for positions requiring targeted sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and passive-candidate engagement. Assess senior professional, technical, and leadership candidates and provide clear selection recommendations. Manage confidential or sensitive searches when assigned. Provide direct recruiting support for critical site needs while maintaining focus on site-level priorities. Strategic Partnership and Workforce Planning: Partner with Human Resources and leadership to anticipate professional hiring demand, turnover, succession, expansion, and changing business needs. Lead detailed intake and search-strategy discussions. Advise hiring managers regarding candidate availability, compensation, competition, and realistic search timelines. Challenge unnecessary requirements and recommend alternative search or selection strategies. Lead site requisition reviews and provide visibility into recruiting capacity, risks, and priorities. Functional Leadership: Provide day-to-day functional guidance to site TAPs and the Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Help prioritize recruiting activity and align support resources to the highest business needs. Mentor and coach team members and support recruiter onboarding and development. Reinforce established TA processes, accurate systems use, and consistent candidate evaluation. Raise team-capacity, performance, and escalation concerns to the TA Manager. Agency, Data, and Risk Management: Recommend when external recruiting support is justified based on urgency, niche skill requirements, internal capacity, and business impact. Manage agency communication, candidate ownership, progress, fee exposure, and search effectiveness. Interpret recruiting metrics and identify root causes behind aging or stalled requisitions. Provide data-supported recommendations to site and TA leadership. Reinforce compliant, consistent, and audit-ready recruiting practices.

What do you bring...
