General Description Duties & Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple business functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Guide hiring managers through selection, offer approvals, and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity standards
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR and business leadership on hiring process and strategic needs
QualificationsRequired experience- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in energy, industrial, engineering, construction, or manufacturing environments
- Experience recruiting for technical and professional positions
- Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, sourcing methods, and employment regulations
- Experience using Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
Preferred Experience- Experience supporting large-scale industrial or energy projects
- Knowledge of LNG, oil & gas, EPC, or construction recruiting environments
Required Education- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field preferred or equivalent years of experience
Licensing & Certifications- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR
