About You

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and closing mid to senior level talent.
  • Expertise in various sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills that foster seamless collaboration.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • The skill to excel in a high-energy, cooperative workplace and juggle competing priorities smoothly.

  • Utilize metrics and data analytics to drive continuous improvement in recruiting effectiveness.
