The RoleWe're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Recruiter to join our growing People team. In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market functions including Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, as well as General & Administrative roles.

This position is remote eligible within the USA, But it is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.
What You'll Do- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for GTM and G&A roles, including sourcing, interview coordination, and closing offers.
- Facilitate a high quality and exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
- Build relationships and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers across the company.
- Partner with the broader People team on headcount planning and strategic, equitable hiring.
- Partner with the Talent team leaders to develop efficient and scalable recruiting processes and help manage ongoing recruiting programs (referrals, onboarding etc.)
- Utilize unique sourcing strategies to bring in new team members.
- Consider long-term needs of hiring teams and recruit strong talent for Modern Health's long-term success.
Who You Are / Requirements- Minimum of 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience; in-house experience required, with a strong preference for candidates with experience supporting GTM and G&A hiring.
- Prior experience in a startup environment and/or a cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) or cloud-based SaaS sales is preferred.
- Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required, along with excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- A track record of developing strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
- Ability to generate a high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
- Experience with recruiting metrics and using data to guide decisions and strategy
- An interest in developing processes and initiatives that improve candidate experience
- Dedication to diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience and enthusiasm for leveraging new and emerging AI tools as part of your daily workflow and productivity - we embrace technology that makes us better recruiters
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred
- Technical recruiting experience is a plus.
