Position Overview

Adaptive is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring exceptional talent to open positions and deliver an extraordinary candidate experience. This role is responsible for developing and executing proactive sourcing and recruiting strategies that build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines for current openings and long-term workforce needs.

The Senior Recruiter operates as a trusted advisor to the business, bringing market insights, influencing hiring decisions, and driving an efficient & data-informed recruiting processes. You will own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from talent identification through offer close, while ensuring strong data integrity and process adherence within our ATS.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
  • Create the best candidate experience, from initial outreach to close
  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs
  • Develops sourcing and recruiting strategies to generate diverse candidate pools for current and future roles
  • Collaborates with hiring managers on recruiting strategies
  • Builds and maintains a strong candidate pipeline through various channels by utilizing LinkedIn, Job boards, and networking events, etc.
  • Researches and identifies prospective talent, providing a pipeline of qualified candidates for specialized roles
  • Manage the recruiting process with an emphasis on ensuring data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, analyzing responses, and comparing technical qualifications to job requirements
  • Be an 'unblocker' for the business and candidates to minimize time-to-fill (TTF) throughout each hiring process
  • Assist with Talent Acquisition projects and all other duties as assigned

Position Requirements (Education, Experience, Other)

Required
  • Bachelors and 5+ years of related experience, or Masters and 2+ years of related experience
  • Progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Advanced knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting
  • Foundational knowledge of state and federal employment related laws
  • Experienced relationship builder with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to identify problems and use critical thinking skills to drive appropriate solutions
  • Ability to effectively manage client and candidate expectations
  • Results oriented and track record of goal achievement in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of initiative; must be able to work independently and be a self-manager
  • Ability to handle multiple, competing tasks simultaneously that may include sensitive and confidential information

Compensation

Salary Range: $101,600 - $152,400

Possible "other compensation" elements to include:
  • equity grant
  • bonus eligible

The base salary range represents a minimum-to-maximum salary (or hourly rate) available to candidates upon extension of offer. Base salary is thoughtfully considered upon offer and is determined through multiple evaluation checks throughout the interview process, including: a candidate's ability to meet minimum qualifications (skills/experience/education), a candidate's ability to thoughtfully address preferred qualifications, current market conditions, and internal pay equity. Listed base salary is exclusive of bonus, commission, equity, differential pay, benefits, and other incentives.
